The Mirador portion of Puerto Peñasco (aka Rocky Point) extends from the Eastern side of Whale Hill all the way to calle Nuevo Leon. The Northern border is Blvd. Freemont and the Southern border is the Sea of Cortez, with all of it’s diversity.
